The NMF&LB Women's Leadership Program and partners are proud to host the 2025 Women in Agriculture Leadership Conference (WALC) from April 30-May 2, 2025, at the Inn of the Mountain Gods in Ruidoso, NM. The 2025 theme is:
Tighten Your Cinch: Preparing for the Future.

This year marks the 22nd anniversary of WALC and its impact on women in agriculture. Over 250 women from across New Mexico are expected to come together for networking, to develop their leadership skills, and become better prepared to succeed in today’s environment. They will also attend a great tour and hear top-notch entertainment. We are excited to see all the inspiring women who are contributing to agriculture in New Mexico and beyond! WALC is a fantastic opportunity to connect, share knowledge, and empower women to thrive in agriculture.
