New Mexico's farmers, ranchers and dairy producers provide a COVID safe environment
New Mexico's farmers, ranchers and dairy producers understand that they have a responsibility to consumers and employees to follow COVID safe practices. To do this they are following the regulations set forth in Governor Lujan Grisham's - All Together New Mexico: COVID-Safe Practices for Individuals and Employers. This publication outlines COVID Safe Practices for Manufacturing, Warehouse, and Food Production, and for Farms, Ranches, Dairy Producers and Processors. Food producers across the state are practicing a wide range of safety measures including social distancing, providing PPE, hosting daily wellness briefings, and regularly sanitizing equipment. Thank you to all of these essential workers who ensure that our food supply is safe and available.
